Ralph Gonsalves is a fool and the Cyber-Crime Bill is foolish 6/17/2016
A fool is defined as a person who acts unwisely or imprudently; on the other hand the word “ish” means: having the qualities or characteristics of. I hope that at the end of this discourse that you all, including you Ralph E. Gonsalves, will agree with me when I say that Ralph Gonsalves is a fool and his Cyber-Crime Bill is foolish.
The new Cyber-crime bill that was tabled in the St Vincent and the Grenadines house of parliament is only designed to be vessel that will stop criticism of Ralph Gonsalves, aka Ralph “Gon-Salt”, by the media and the citizens of St Vincent and the Grenadines; especially those citizens who reside overseas.
This bill is a lame bill and it will never achieve its objective in trying to stop citizens and others who disagree with the behaviour and or anything about Ralph “Gon-Salt”; from lending a critical voice against Ralph Gonsalves’ immoral, unethical, dishonest, unprofessional, incompetent; worthless and other dirty behaviours, which he so foolishly and regularly put on exhibition. However, I must say, this bill, is not as half as lame as the person whom the bill was draft to protect from criticism: Ralph E. “Gon-Salt”.
There is no hiding the fact, Prime Minister Ralph E “Gon-Salt” instituted this Cyber-Crime Bill, with the hopes such legislation will cause Vincentians who are living outside of St Vincent and the Grenadines to be held responsible and accountable for actions that may contravene the St Vincent and the Grenadines cyber crime laws while under the ambit of a foreign sovereign and their laws. Which country has the power and jurisdiction to do such?
Another thing that Prime Minister Ralph “Gon-salt” has tried to do is to transform acts and behaviours that are recognized under the St Vincent and the Grenadines criminal code as misdemeanours and acts that the civil court has traditional jurisdiction over into criminal felony. His intent is to criminalize anyone who speaks out against him, whether such utterance is the truth or not.
What is more idiotic is the fact that Ralph “Gon-Salt”, being a lawyer, really thinks that a resident or citizen of a country holds any obligation to comply with the laws of any sovereign state under whose protection they do not fall at the time of any such actions.
Which court of law in any sovereign country in the world is going to cause the deportation or extradition of a resident (non-citizen) or a citizen to another sovereign country for contravening that country’s laws, while that citizen or resident was housed, and protected under the laws of their nation? If that is possible, in this day, the Arabs are waiting on many Westerners to be extradited to various Arab countries to answer capital offences for crime committed against the respective country while enjoying the liberty of their respective home countries.
Ralph “Gonsalt's” rush to table a cyber-crime law is just another waste of money and resources; it will never accomplish its objective, which is to prevent people like me from kicking his pink feminized backside on the internet. This rush to draft and table the 'don’t hurt Ralph “Gon-Salt” feelings' bill, also known as the Cyber-Crime Bill, is a testament of how foolish, childish and petty a man and prime minister this sorry fellow Ralph E. “Gonsalt” is.
I must conclude that, after reading this article, we all come to a consensus that Ralph Gonsalt is a fool and his Cyber-Crime bill has the characteristics of Ralph E. “Gonsalt”, which make the bill foolish. Will someone please tell me who is giving this guy legal counsel?
