To Nicolás Maduro,
President of the Republic
Bolivarian of Venezuela
Mr. Maduro and my dear brothers and sisters of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, I know that you are a people with a rich and great history and strong leaders.
Let me make it clear that I have no intrinsic interest in and offer no support in this dispute to any of the parties involved in this border dispute; between his nation and its neighbor Guyana.
I am deeply concerned and would like to know. Why will you allow a confessed sex offender – Prime Minister Ralph Gonsalves, the Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines to host talks between his proud nation and its crisis neighbor Guyana?
This negotiation will be stained with the blood of rape victims and incompetence. Nothing good will come of this, but chaos will ensue. Let us not forget that Prime Minister Ralph Gonsalves has a history of administrative incompetence and is looking for another avenue through which he can obtain financial assistance to cover up his administrative incompetence.
The question is: Does Prime Minister Ralph E. Gonsalves have the ability to pursue these matters with the necessary integrity without trying to score points for future financial aid applications? Please don't forget that P.M. Gonsalves has a long history of dishonesty and breaking the law that he calls Master Strokes.
Sign. Chief Strong Blood
