Dear Director Mrs. Wright

First of all let me introduce myself: my name is Allan H. F. Palmer, I have a sneaking

impression that my name rings a bell. I am the person to took, Jenny Luu and 
members of the DPSS Civil Rights section to court in two seperate incident. However, 
the reason for writing, is to bring some unfortunate event to your attention, that I 
think will havenegative effect on you as department head and on your department.

I have had reason to use the service at the facility: Department of Public Social Service

(DPPS) which is under your ”managerial custodianship.”  I was issued case Number:

B20H019.Unfortunately, I have encountered some problems (which can be verified

with a view of my account by your IT personell), and I expects to encounter more

problem, if or when, I return to that department to access service. which I think is

retaliation from members of your staff, for legal taken against members of your sister

branch in an effort to have me drop the Palmer’s civil suit. Which I have no intention 
to do.

However, when I apply for General Relief last year, the worker informed me that there

was a problem  with the way in which, the previous person entered my asylum

document. There was nothing wrong with the other document but my immigration

document, I am not sure why.

I went through my personal document and I discovered my Asylum Document my

social Social Security card have been missing from my personal belonging in the free

storage: The Bim. I know that Christopher  Moore, was given access to my personal

property by the manager of the bin and he remove those document from my personal

storage without my concent. I must also emphasis here that Moore and I are not

friend. You may ask why, below I will tell you why below.

The Magistrate Judge have already recommend to the Judge that the civil suit

agaisnt Palmer be dismissed with prejudice. However, my objection to the Magistrate

Judge is very strong. They have a suspicion that I will be paying the money to facilitate

the appeal and inorder to ensure the Corrupt clerk of  the 9th Circute is not given the

opportunity to dismiss this case as a favor to the powers that be. I am not fooling

myself, I have acepted my position as an outsider and I know how people like me are

treated by the established network of friends, associates and colleagues.

Members of your department have already display their bias towards me and I know

that they will facilitate any unethical plan to help a friend.  It is my knowledge that

members of your staff will try to deny me the privilege to be put back on General

Relief, on the grounds that I do not have my, immigration document and my social

security card.This is to ensure that I do not get the stipend which comes with the

General relief and there fore I may become unable to pay for the appeal and therefore

have the corrupt Clerk will cease the opportunity to dismiss this matter as a favor to

whom ever. And cause a miss carriage of Justice. 

I am aware that your office is very proficient in storing Document, on your system; I

know this, for I have seen many people returned to The D.P.S.S’s office and request 

and received copies of the documents they submitted when they used your service. 

These copies they used in lull of having the original document. If my account were 

tampered with as I suspects it will be.

I am expecting that if I have the need to return to your office to get assistance in the

form of GR, I will be told that something is wrong with my file and the following

documents are not on your system any more and that I need the said documents in

order to qualify. This in itself qualify as retaliation and conspiricy to pervert the course

of Justice.

Although I have the greatest of confidence that you will do all in your power to use 

the resources available to you, (Information technologist professionals) to ensure that 

such does not happen; however, If this should this happened as I expect it to, I will be

happy to take the relevant legal action to ensure that accountability prevails.
